Medicare open enrollment for 2026 coverage starts on October 15, 2025, and continues through December 7, 2025. If you have not checked your Medicare coverage for 2025 now is the time and ATRC Aging can help! We are holding special events around our region to help inform seniors of the changes to Medicare coverage for 2026.     Please list each of your prescriptions in the box below. For each, list the name exactly as it appears on the container, the strength, mg, mcg, ml, or other strength, the form, such as TAB, CAP, cream, ointment, liquid, etc., and the amount of each fill, such as 30/mo, 90/3 mo, 1 tube/mo, 2 vials/3 mo, 1 bottle/3 mo, 5 boxes of 3 pens/3 mo, etc.
    Remember to include injections, breathing treatments, ointments, creams, etc.

    ATRC Aging manages programs funded by the Federal Older Americans Act as well as programs funded by the State of Alabama. Our responsibilities include serving as the area’s Aging & Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC), the entry point for long-term support and services available for seniors and those with disabilities, and facilitating a variety of home and community based services.

    ATRC Aging aims to help seniors and the individuals with disabilities live their best life at home by providing access to information, along with assistance and resources to aid in navigating health care and long-term support systems.
