Services

Senior Nutrition Centers located throughout the ATRC region provide a central location for socialization, nutrition, education, recreation, and health promotion for seniors 60 years of age and older and their spouse, regardless of their income. In addition to a hot, nutritious meal Monday through Friday at the local senior center, home delivered meals are available for those who are homebound. Space for these programs is limited and eligibility must be established prior to receiving services. Information about specific activities and programs in the Senior Centers can be obtained by calling your local Senior Center or the Alabama Tombigbee Area Agency on Aging.
